Rain on Grass 

Rain on grass, rain on grass, 
Focus your mind on this and  
Nothing more. 
 
Let all other thoughts leave on the wind 
If they are worthy they will return, 
If they limit you, best set them free. 
 
As the rain falls from the sky 
So too let the cares fall from your shoulders 
and soak into the earth. 
 
Feel the grass, constant in its growing 
Flattening under your tread, 
Lifting again with each new morn.  
 
This is life, rain on grass 
Here, now,
